I see that those texts have not been replaced by a contstant place holder.

In components/com_form2content/libraries/form2content/field/hyperlink.php it says on line #32 and 33:

$listTarget[] = JHTML::_('select.option', '_top', 'Parent window');
$listTarget[] = JHTML::_('select.option', '_blank', 'New window');

This should be:

$listTarget[] = JHTML::_('select.option', '_top', JText::_('JBROWSERTARGET_PARENT'));
$listTarget[] = JHTML::_('select.option', '_blank', JText::_('JBROWSERTARGET_NEW'));

After the change they should be translated automatically.
I will make this change in a next release.
