Submit Mailer 4.0.1
Hi guys,
I've installed the plugin Submit Mailer.
It sends me emails when the new content is added -> OK!
However, it does not send any emails on content update.
On the plugin configuration page the setting "Notify on content update" is set to "yes".
Do you have any ideas why this can happen?
BTW, what does exactly the option PLG_SYSTEM_F2CSUBMITMAILER_MAILTO_CUSTOM_LABEL mean?
Thank you!!
Alex.

Hi,
I've just found out that it does not work only when an article is updated over the Edit button (Edit Article Button - Plugin). When an article is updated from the f2c article manager - it works.
Regards,
Alex.

Hi Alex,
Thanks for the update. I'll see if I can reproduce this situation.
BTW: Where did you find the option PLG_SYSTEM_F2CSUBMITMAILER_MAILTO_CUSTOM_LABEL ?
I checked the component, but I could not find it?
best,
Julien

Hi Alex,
It should read "Send to custom address".
I think I fixed it already, because I couldn't see this in my development version.

Hi Hans,
Which version of Joomla, F2C and the Submit plugin are you running?
Can Joomla itself send e-mails? Is the mail function in general working from Joomla? Can you send a message to a user for example?
best,
Julien

I am running Joomla 3.7.4 , F2C pro 16.6.0 and I downloaded and installed plg_form2content_submitmailer_4.0.1_J3.x a few days ago fron your site.
My Joomla site sends emails. I use that reguarly for the e-mail confirmation and group mails. I just tested it by sending a test mail and it works. The server uses php mail.
I get e-mails from the system when a user registers, but not when a user enters or changes the content of the f2c form using the menu item type Single Form. I have installed the front edit plugin, but do not use it yet.
BTW I changed the setting of the unreadable option Set to custom address to true, but it makes no difference

Hi Hans,
I asked you in this topic (http://forum.form2content.com/multi-select-list-doesn-work-in-search) for an Akeeba back-up. When I receive it, I will check this issue too.
best,
Julien

Access to the plug-in was set to Superuser.
After setting it to Registered, mails were sent out.
