Hello, and thank you for taking the time to reply.

I have a question. Is it possible to create two Categories dropdowns to imitate the Section and Categories from Joomla 1.5?
a) dropdown #1 (limited to parent categories only)
b) dropdown #2 - disabled and unclickable until #1 is selected showing sub-categories for that dropdown
  1. category selection
  2. field validation
  3. submission form templating

Hi Robert,

We have stopped developing for Joomla 1.5 a long time ago. Frankly I don't remember the options we had a that time.
Currently in F2C for Joomla 3.x you can set the selection to 1 default category. You part b) I don't understand but there is only 1 category field... we do have ACL option too.
