Resolved Search where date is future

Hello F2C,

I want to make a search module with a free text field and a filer on a date field (only those articles where the date field is in the future). I'm not able to produce this. How should I approach this?

I created a search form with a free text field and a date Interval (custom). The problem is that both fields are showing on the front-end as search option for the visitor. I want the free text field to be a search option and the date interval to be a preset. Is this possible?

Hi Rob,

No, mixing (and hiding) some fields with presets goes beyond what Form2Content Search currently does.

We would need to develop the option to set default value(s) in the back-end and hide from front-end option. As wel as update the logic and display module to deal with the options.... this is not on our to do list at the moment.

Ok that is clear. Is there a way to adjust the order of the search results? So the future articles are shown first?
