How can i add same author articles under the a article. I write article 1,2,3 and 4

i open 4, other three article i want to show summery of 1, 2 , 3 under the 4

You can use Joomla modules or plugins like Article Anywhere.
https://www.regularlabs.com/extensions/articlesanywhere/tutorial (filter using author ID which you can get via F2C template parameter {$JOOMLA_AUTHOR_ID}.

Other option is using our related authors plugin
