Hi
I am wanting to create a form where the user fills in the fields (via a login) and the fields stay available on their login for them to be able to update. For example it is similar to say profile fields where you can see your username etc and update it when you want. I want similar fields that the user can update but that they can always view.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Yes it's possible to make profile pages with Form2Contnent Pro. The reason that's it's available for Pro is that it adds a new menu item type. Please read this article: http://documentation.form2content.com/16-documentation/f2c-tips-a-tricks/92-creating-profile-pages
Do note that you cannot maintain your login info in your profile as that is done via the normal Joomla menu items. I usually make the distinction between account info (com_user) and profile info (com_form2content).
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Patrick

I don't completely understand what advise you are looking for.
Form2Content allows you to easily edit Joomla articles via FORMS with FIELDS instead of a WYSIWYG editor. For layout of the form data we use article templates.
I would suggest you test via: http://demo.form2content.com/ or view a form vai the button My Showcase: http://www.form2content.com/showcase
Best way is to install the free Lite version and install sample data.

what I want is for the client to enter data into their account. this is a fitness site so I want them to be able to add their weight for example. But it is a 12 week challenge so I want to be able to create a table where they add their weight for week 1 and then week 2 etc so they can see their progress ....
please advise?

Can be done with12 fields for the weight each week.....
Every time the visitor edits they can update the data.
I do however have a feeling that there are more features you like to see. Even thinks like not being able to edit their previous weeks weight or doing calculations on weight loss etc. Without a complete overview no one can advise. I also believe that you are looking at a custom "program" or component.
If not please look at the examples on how Form2Content works and remember that we "just" create Joomla articles.
