Resolved Output multi select

How do I generate a icon output for a value from the multi select? In other words I want to let the manager choose some options in a multi select. The result should be some icons.

The subject is "Kijkwijzer". The manager selects a option. The website should show the proper icon for the value.

I thought this would work but it does not.

{IF $KIJKWIJZER == 'Geweld'}Show image{/IF}

I used 'Geweld' for both value and text. What am I doing wrong?
