Hi Yoso,
As described in the documentation the read more is controlled by Joomla and so it whether or not you want to show/hide your introduction in your article. Please also read the common issues: https://documentation.form2content.com/support/common-mistakes
To solve (global level) go to Joomla Article Manager, select options. go to article option and select show introduction.
DO check that your articles don't override it with custom settings
