Form2Content Pro Version 6.14.0

We purchased and installed your component FORM2Content with:

a) joomla version 3.6.4;
b) Graphic template Helix3 (vers. 1.5).

The FORM2Content component when creating the form shows a defect: the names of the fields and also the descriptions disappear on mouseover.

Even the table / list summarizes the items created in a category shows the same defect, moreover, all the descriptions at the top of disappear on mouse over the table and reappear to reload.

We followed the advice of the forum / faq but varying the files manually every time you refresh the problem returns.
Suggested please you to us a definitive solution to the problem?
Many thanks

The usual cause of this type of behaviour is a CSS/ front end development framework conflict. Can you find out what code causes the change in state?

I don't understand this reference:

Are you sure this problem is a usual cause of CSS/Front end framework?

If I wasn't sure I wouldn't suggest it ;)

YES, this is by definition caused by CSS hover effect or JS that manipulates the css. The trick is finding out which CSS causes it. It can be from a framework or an extension.

Please select Protostar template to check if this still happens. If so than also check which css/js is loaded and switch off untill the problem is solves. You can use Firebug to analyse.

Patrick
