Resolved Minimum image size in Image Gallery not working

Hi,

I use Joomla 3.6.0 | F2C 6.14 | PHP 5.6.22.
I've an Image Gallery Field Type with a Minimum image size of 240 X 180.
But it is still possible to upload an image with the following dimensions: 228 X 342.
How is this possible?
