Resolved layout / functionality questions

I have installed and set up the component however on the frontend of the site I have the following issues:

1/ there is now option for a user to submit content
2/ you can not click on content to view the article
3/ unpublished articles are showing
4/ where are the settings so that the admin receives a notification to approve content before it is submitted?

Have you tested it in the back-end first?
