Hi, interesting question.

The only way I see how is if you create as many F2C Content Types. This might sound like much work but isn't.
1) Make sure you develop it for 1 region completely!
2) when finished copy the Content type
3) It uses the same fields/templates so done on that part
4) Change the destination category
5) Change the ACL
6) Create menu links per region to the article manager and set corresponding ACL

I am trying to implement your suggestion. I have only three more questions:

2) when finished copy the Content type - How you suggest to copy the content type? Exporting/Importing it or I can do this job copying some files via Ftp?

4) Change the destination category - What it means? I did not find any place that set the category on Free version, may be it is a feature of Pro version? I am buying the Pro version just now... but can I leave all articles on the same category?

5) Change the ACL - Are you talking about the ACL of the single content type? If I set the ACL of single menu items, why do you suggest to set ACL also for content types? Is it a precaution or it is mandatory in your mind?

I ask for above points because regions are 120, so more easy is the "duplication" job, more easy is the implementation and the maintenance of this architecture...

2) For Content Type I found the "copy" button, sorry... ;-))) SOLVED

4) I installed Form2Content Pro version 6.15.0 and I found the destination category. SOLVED

I created menu item and setting groups access levels. This is the structure (3 of 120 total users):
- Lazio (mast view and edit ALL Lazio, Roma e Rieti items)
-- Roma (must view and edit ONLY Roma items)
-- Rieti (must view and edit ONLY Rieti items)

If Roma login see only the Roma menu item.

If Lazio login see Lazio, Roma and Rieti menu items, each one point to the corresponding Content Type, BUT Lazio see only Lazio articles, into Roma and Rieti menu item existing articles are not shown!

Furthermore, if Lazio create an f2c article into Roma menu item, using the Roma Content Type, when Roma login do not see this article...

I understand that I have to do something like "grant" access to Lazio for f2c articles owned (created) by Roma, but I did not find the way. Maybe that I confuse the access level with the ownership of articles. I am really confused because I do not understand well the f2c architecture...

Can you suggest me something on how to proceed?

Most of your questions are about Joomla ACL.

Ownership = author
Acces level = being allowed to edit/create/view/delete etc. with an extra option "own only".
