None of my existing Joomla articles will display, nor will the example articles created during the installation of f2c show. I am more interested in getting existing articles to display.

Hi Kane,

When you create your Joomla article via F2C it should also be present in the Joomla article manager. This is something you can check very easily. If the article is in the JAM, the navigation and display of it via the menu is all 100% Joomla.
Let me know if this helps!

Patrick

not really, sorry.

I am not even to the point of creating articles in f2c. I am simply attempting to use "Article Manager" as a menu item, but nothing is showing up. Not the existing Joomla Articles, nor the Articles that were created when f2c was installed.

How do I get articles to show on f2c menu item? I specifically want existing Joomla articles to display.

Hi Kane,

This one has slipped my attention, sorry.

Making a men link to the F2C front-end article manager should solve it. You do have to check the parameters like show all and your permissions to see and determine what you can do.

Patrick

Hi Patrick,

thanks for the reply. I already recreated the question. I did find out the issue. I had all the permissions and options set correctly. What I failed to realize is the F2CAM is not a list of all articles, but rather a front end publisher list. This makes it not useful for my needs.

Hi Kane,

OK, thanks for explaining. Yes, F2C is teh article manager. Showing the created article goes via native com_content/Joomla menu's.

Patrick
