Hi,

We have F2C PRO installed but when we make changes to the content template we have to submit twice before the changes are added to the template. Can you help me with this problem?

Not solved yet, but we worked around it. It was a bit of a problem but is seems to be site specific so you can drop it for now. If I encounter the problem again I know how to contact you ;)

We update the template using FTP!

Hi Rick,

Just to be sure: the changes are not shown in the template itself? And not in the article?
So you upload a template with ftp, you open the template in the template manager and you see the old template.
When you upload again with ftp, you see the new template.

Is that a correct description of the problem?

Hi Julien,

Just to explain a little bit further:

1. I change a template from within F2C ans click save or upload a change though FTP
2. I refresh the article using the refresh button or save the opened article. Then the changes made in the template are not visible.
3. When I do again a (second) refresh of the article, then the template changes are visible.

Content changes are directly updated, so no problem there. It's only a little bit of a problem when we are designing a template ;)

I also searching for the same information. When I faced that problem at that time updating the system drivers but after updating 0xc00007b pop-up message is shown on my system screen.If anyone faced that problem and got any solution then suggest to me.
