Hello!
First of all I'm running Joomla! 3.6.0 and F2C Lite 5.5-1 & F2C Pro 6.14 (Explanation ahead).
So, after I've found F2C Lite to be what I needed for my website I went ahead with my group and subscribed to the 6 month plan.
I backed up all of the data and installed Pro Version as guided in the documentation through the install package.
The problem happens only when I get to the "F2C Article Manager" where a Fatal Error in PHP occurs (screenshot attached). This is what appears on the errorlog.
<pre class="line-numbers"><code class="language-markup">PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Form2ContentHelperAdmin::CreateFeaturedButton()</code></pre>
Let me know if there is anything else you need.
Thanks in advance

Hi Lucas,
Sorry for the inconvenience. To narrow possibilities down, are you by any chance using the non-default admin template?
Regards,
Patrick

Hey Patrick!
We are using Isis, and for security measures we deleted the other admin templates that are installed along Joomla.
As an update, we've installed F2C Pro (6.14) on another website (Joomla 3.6.1) which runs and works perfectly fine, but this was a clean installation on a website that never used F2C before.
Hope this helps narrow it down.

Hi Lucas,
I'm still investigating why this happens. I think it has to do with the "Show featured" column in the menu item settings.
When you switch that to "no" does the problem disappear?
best,
Julien

Hi Marc,
Thanks for your update and sorry for the inconvenience. So far I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. I have done numerous upgrades which means the issue might be more exotic or server based. I will ask Julien to have another look, he most probably requires a backup to investigate.

Patrick

Hi Patrick,
thanks for your response but note that I'm not the OP so we have the same problem on at least 2 completely different installations.

Hi,
sorry for the delay but I'm not in charge for this one.
the problem has been resolved: they were using a custom version of isis template and all is working fine with a stock version!
regards,
Marc
