Hi, i've 2 questions.
1)Form2content can work with native joomla custom fields?
2) It's possible that form2content manage all info in an extra bbdd table (not on "content" field) ?

1) NO
2) YES, that's exactly what we do. Check out our Form2Content Anywhere plugin. With it you can pull any piece of data and display it (even using templating) anywhere on your website.
