Hi Matt,

Please add your version info. Especially relevant to this question.
In the latest version of F2C you should have two buttons. Can you make a printscreen and also add the template framework.

Regards,
Patrick

Hi,
The version I have installed is Form2Content Pro version 6.17.4
I've attached a screen shot

Not sure what you require for the 'template framework'

Thanks

OK this looks strange. Some questions:

1) Does it work in the back-end?
2) Are you using a (submission) form override (check in Content type configuration). If so please switch off.
3) Which front-end template are you using? (this determines the framework like Bootstrap/UIkit/Gantry)
4) Can you test with Protostar template in the front-end?

Regards,
Patrick

1) The form seems to work ok, submissions go where they need to.
2) Sorry, could not find anything labeled Submission Form Override, so not sure where to 'turn off'
3) Custom template, designed using artisteer
4) when switched to Protostar, the X button and "Crop Image" did disappear.

OK

When you open your Content Type configuration, in the tab "General" it states "Use submission form override". Please make sure this is set to NO.

Am I correct to understand that it works properly in the Protostar template?

Hi,
There is no "Use Submission Form Override" option, but there is "Use Submission Form Template" which I turned off, but it didnt make any difference.

Yes it disappears/works with the protostar template
