Joomla 3.4.3 | F2C 6.11.0 | rockettheme.com template with Gantry 5

I'm having trouble with the frontend image upload crop iframe.
The background of the window is completely black - okay, maybe a template problem.
But the bigger problem is that the divs for the crop constructions and the buttons are out of area (see attachments) and can't be seen or clicked.

In the backend everything works fine.

What can I do to get this to work properly?

The site should start in 2 weeks.

regards
benehem

Hi Benehem,

This could be a simple CSS issue especially since we have had no reports of others having the same problem and 6.11 has been out for some time.
Can you try using the fornt-end with the default Protostar template?

Second, if it works in Protostar use firebug or similar to determine where the CSS comes from that changes your layout. Do check for Javascript issues also just to be sure.

PS, you have an issue. Let's call things bugs when we know they are!

Patrick

First of all: Thanks for the very fast answer on a sunday !!

The tip with firebug was briliant. Seems it's a padding problem within the template. But I can't find the css reason.

I solved it by a custom css entry and changed the width of the sbox-window div to 920px. Now it works.

You're right... it's an issue, not a bug.

Thanks a lot,
benehem

Hi Benehem,

No worries, glad you managed to get it working. These css issue can be tricky. Sometimes it's even influenced by JS making it even harder to find. I usually run all my clients front-end editing in Protostar. This way they have the feeling they are actually in the "management" part and also it avoids issues like this.

Patrick
