Resolved Cannot Access Download Files with Active Subscription

Hi, I purchased F2C Pro12 last year on 05/01/2018. My subscription shows it should be active until 5/1/19 but it is marked "Expired" so I cannot download.

Can you please fix it so I may download the most recent copy?

Hi Randy,

I have checked your subscription and the date is correct as it is the 5th of January and not the 1st of May. We use the European time display on our website as we are a Dutch company. Hope this answers your question.
