Resolved Author empty after update to Joomla 3.7

Hi

After the Update to Joomla 3.7. we have some problems with the authors by the F2C Lite articles. The articles created by super users are saving the author information. Articles made by the Editor group have the author field empty ater save.

I updated to the newes F2C Lite Version (5.5.2), but this didn't solve the problem either.

Any idea what can be wrong?

Hi Helena,

Thank you for the information. Does this occur in the front- and back-end?
Joomla is changing from Mootools to JQuery so this might be the cause.

This happens in the back-end. It does look like the author information won't save in the datebase. But this is only with the Editors the case. Super users no problem.
Any Idea, how can I resolve the problem?

Hi Helena,

Since this happens in the back-end, what groups are the editors members of?
Are they administrators too? (since they can login in the back-end)
