Using pro version. I have everything working fine and dandy... with one form for one category.

Creating a 2nd different form which I want to use to submit to a different content category I can't seem to do.
I select the Content Type Manager>Content Type Fields>Field Name "category" on my new form and select as the default category the new Joomla category I've created fr this content and somehow it still keeps using the original template layout template from the first form I created even with the new form.

How do I associate the new form to publish with the new template layout?

Thanks,

OK, so go to the fields manager for your "new/copied" content type. Search for the two fields called "Intro template" and "Main template". Edit them and in the settings link to the new templates.

please do give actual version number as we have had many changes.

Am I correct to understand you made a copy of your F2C Content Type? Next you changed the default category to save the articles?

When you copy, the two F2C Template fields (intro and main) will have the same values as your original content type. Did you create and link new template files in those fields?

Form2Content Pro version 6.17.4 (Check for latest version),

Yes I think so. I copied the content type, I changed the "submission form title" to my new content type... (was there anything else I should change here?) and then in my new content type "Fields" I opened the "category" field and changed the default category to the "Joomla category" I want my new form to submit content to.

I think this is where my problem is. I did make 2 new XXXX_intro_template.tpl and XXXX_main_template.tpl but I have no idea where/how to link those to my new content type fields.

Hope that is clearer.
