Hi,

I installed the latest Release Candidate of F2C Pro version for 3.8. My site is in development and I understand the risks.

Really like the improvements and its really good that you have got a head of the game and removed Mootools dependancies before Joomla 4. The inline templating is also a great improvement as is the moving of all fields into a single area

The only issue I have come across it that the image cropping no longer works via the frontend.

F2C backend - Works OK
F2C custom submission form - Does not work
F2C default frontend submission form - Does not work.

The error I see in Google Dev Tools is

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

[Violation] Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking 'touchstart' event. Consider marking event handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5745543795965952

Hi David,

I did some testing with Chrome and can confirm that I saw some weird behaviour at first, but after deleting the cache (ctrl + f5) it seems to work. Can you please try that?

best,
Julien

Hi Julien,

That does not appear to make any change. The crop button still does not do anything. I am on a Mac however I also have Windows and Ubuntu on same machine and all browsers under all 3 systems do not work.

Regards,

Dave

Hi Dave,

I tried again on an other machine, but I can't reproduce the issue. I'm running Windows and Chrome 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit). What's your Chrome version?

What Crop button are you talking about? There are two crop buttons: one button that launches the crop window, and a second button that crops the photo and closes the window again.

Can I see the problem on your website? I can't see the situation now, since I think I need an account to create an article and to upload a photo? Can you send me account details in a private message please?

You can send it to julien at opensourcedesign dot nl

best,
Julien
